The Honeywell Lyric Controller has a features called Zone Crossing. With the Lyric controller zone crossing features you can set up 4 groups of 2 zones for cross zoning in System Settings, each group has a selectable cross zone delay time. This delay is the amount of time within which both crossed zones must be activated while in the armed state, before an alarm occurs.
If only one zone of a cross zone pair is tripped during the delay time, a trouble code (CID E380) will be sent for that zone. The options for delay are: None 30 Seconds 1 Minute 90 Seconds 2 Minutes 3 Minutes 4 Minutes Note: Only Perimeter, Follower, and Day/Night zones will be available to Cross Zone.
To setup the Lyric Controller cross zone feature from the home screen select Security > Tools > enter your installer code "default is 4112" > Program > System Settings > Down Arrow.
Here you will see the first option for a cross zone which will be Letter A setup the delay first by selecting the long bar. Once you have selected the desired delay time select the below button labeled zone 1 and assign the first desired zone to A. After you have selected the desired zone 1, to the right do the same for zone 2 select a differnet zone you want to be attached to zone 1. Once these three options have been manipulated to your liking AlarmClub recommends you test them to make sure this cross zone works to your liking.
Now that you have completed cross zone Letter A and have tested it making sure it works to your satisfaction you can continue programming additional cross zones all the way to the letter D.
